Remote Medical Insurance Specialist

A company is looking for a Remote Medical Insurance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with obtaining coverage for prescription medications

Handle inbound / outbound calls to patients, guarantors, payors, and payees

Utilize call center software for account research and updates

Required Qualifications

Must have a quiet location in home to work

Previous / recent insurance verification experience (1+ year preferred)

Experience with high-volume calls

Computer proficient with the ability to learn new software

High School Diploma or GED
