Compensation : $42.00 (hourly) - $152,000 annually (depending on level, licensure, and location)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking Structural Engineers at multiple experience levels (Engineer 2 through Engineer 6) to join our growing team. This position offers opportunities to work on a variety of structural engineering projects, including new building design, seismic retrofit, and adaptive reuse.

Engineers in this role will participate in the full project lifecycle-from design and analysis to construction support-while growing technical, management, and client-facing skills in a collaborative professional environment.

General Responsibilities (All Levels)

• Perform structural analysis, design, and detailing for building structures.
• Prepare and review drawings, calculations, specifications, and project documents.
• Collaborate with team members, architects, and clients to ensure design quality and constructability.
• Interpret and apply building codes and industry standards.
• Participate in meetings and provide engineering input through all phases of a project.
• Contribute to maintaining project schedules, budgets, and technical quality.
