Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our upscale restaurant operation. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven leader to assume full responsibility for the venue, drive exceptional performance, and shape a premier dining destination that consistently exceeds guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

Assume full profit-and-loss ownership, developing and executing strategies to achieve revenue goals and maximize profitability.
Recruit, train, develop, and lead a high-performing team focused on operational excellence and outstanding service delivery.
Cultivate memorable guest experiences that build loyalty, generate positive reviews, and convert first-time visitors into regulars.
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and labor optimization while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory requirements, consistently achieving superior audit results.
Identify and implement innovative opportunities in menu development, marketing initiatives, operational efficiency, and ancillary revenue streams.

Qualifications :

Demonstrated success as a General Manager or seasoned Assistant General Manager with verifiable P&L accountability and strong financial results.

Exceptional leadership ability with a track record of building, motivating, and retaining top-tier teams in a positive, high-performance culture.

Comprehensive understanding of current industry trends, guest preferences, and contemporary hospitality best practices.

Advanced financial acumen, including forecasting, variance analysis, cost management, and profit enhancement.

Genuine passion for hospitality and a strategic vision for creating an industry-leading dining experience.
