Restaurant General Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our upscale restaurant operation. Key Responsibilities :
- Assume full profit-and-loss ownership, developing and executing strategies to achieve revenue goals and maximize profitability.
- Recruit, train, develop, and lead a high-performing team focused on operational excellence and outstanding service delivery.
- Cultivate memorable guest experiences that build loyalty, generate positive reviews, and convert first-time visitors into regulars.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and labor optimization while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory requirements, consistently achieving superior audit results.
- Identify and implement innovative opportunities in menu development, marketing initiatives, operational efficiency, and ancillary revenue streams.
Qualifications :
