Put your machining talent to work producing tight‑tolerance parts for the automotive, medical, and electrical sectors. As a Precision CNC Production Machinist at NN Inc, you’ll set up and run modern equipment, verify quality with precision instruments, and keep our machines running at their best.

A day in the life

You start your shift by reviewing blueprints and technical orders. You plan setups, dial in offsets, and bring CNC lathes, mills, multi‑spindle screw machines, and grinders online. Throughout the run, you measure critical features, make adjustments to hold spec, and keep equipment maintained for reliable performance. At the end of the day, you’ll know the parts you made will power real‑world applications.

What you’ll do

• Operate manual and automated machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments.
• Maintain and repair machine tools and related equipment to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to determine operations.
• Measure dimensions of finished workpieces using precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance.
• Set up and adjust machines, including CNC lathes, CNC mills, multi‑spindle screw machines, and grinding machines.

Shifts and premium

Opportunities available on day and night shifts. Earn a 5%–15% shift premium.
