We’re looking for a curious, creative baker who’s ready to help us start something new — a pastry program that’s about testing, tasting, and building recipes from scratch.

If you’ve got solid basics (lamination, doughs, mixing, timing) and a passion to experiment and grow , we’d love to meet you. No need to be a seasoned pro — just curious, talented, and ready to play in the kitchen.

This is a hands-on role with room to shape something special in a warm, collaborative environment as we launch a new concept.
