This full-time opportunity with Calvary Healing Center (Calvary) offers -hour per week, full benefits.
For nearly years, Calvary Healing Center has provided a full continuum of care, specializing in addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area and Nationwide. Calvary’s proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers on-site detoxification and residential treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). We also have a satellite clinic offering Intensive Outpatient Programs in the West Valley region. Through our programs we offer many other holistic healing and treatment options complementing our services ranging from yoga, art workshops, and music.

Summary of Duties:
The Clinical Director is responsible for the overall functioning of the adult substance use disorder program, which includes detox, in-patient rehabilitation,family and relapse prevention services.

Qualifications Clinical Director Job Requirements:
- Masters degree in Social Work or other related field.
- Arizona State Licensure (LPC, LISAC or LCSW)
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Successful completion of BLS and First Aid Certification within days of employment
- Successful completion of Verbal De-Escalation Training, within days of employment
- Minimum 5-years post licensure experience working with psychiatric and substance abuse population
- At least 3 years of inpatient experience
- Two years supervisory experience
- Must agree to a Motor Vehicle Driving Record check as part of the background check process and that record must be in good standing
