Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls from customers & explain policyholder benefits

Process customer policy change requests

Take premium payments from customers

Generate insurance quotes

Maintain Current Retention of 98% by Re-Marketing / Re-Shopping Accounts, Re-writing accounts and performing Customer Saves when customers request to cancel

Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity & ask each customer for referrals / explain our referral program

Requirements

Must be local to Virginia, Maryland or Washington DC
