What Youll Do
- Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term and senior care facilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions
- Deliver diabetic foot care, wound prevention, and mobility education
- Collaborate with facility staff for coordinated, patient-centered care
- Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top outcomes
- Document visits in NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad

Masters degree + completion of an accredited NP program (required)Active RN license + NP certification (ANCC or AANP required)25 years experience in podiatry post-training (preferred)Long-term care / nursing home experience (preferred)BLS certification required; ACLS preferredAbility to thrive in fast-paced, independent settingsCompensation
