Summary
Under general supervision, performs assessment work of moderate difficulty in County Court-related collections and monetary sanctions, and performs related duties as assigned.

- Provides exceptional customer service to court participants and the general public.
- Conducts comprehensive audits of court programs to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Performs case research and updates records accordingly.
- Interviews applicants to evaluate eligibility for fee deferrals or waivers.
- Establishes and manages payment plans based on case requirements.
- Accurately tracks payments within the court database system.
- Prepares financial reports, including revenue summaries and delinquency notices.
- Utilizes skip tracing techniques to research and verify contact information for delinquent accounts.
- Actively monitors warrants, payment plans, and court work queues to ensure timely action.
- Organizes and maintains documentation related to payment plans and fine collections.
- Processes tax intercepts, finalizations, and error resolutions, and manages the TIP program.

High School Diploma or GED : AND fifteen semester hours of post-high school accounting course work; AND three years accounting or collections experience; AND a valid drivers license OR equivalent combination of education. training and experience.
