This job is responsible for providing diverse and confidential administrative support, including :
- Extensive calendar management
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Processing expense reports
- Gathering and delivering information relevant to / from the executive

3 years administrative / business support with established high level executive support experienceAbility to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, and manage competing prioritiesStrong attention to detail and accuracyPolished and professional communications including in person, on the phone and email correspondenceResponsibilities :
Communicate with executive and line management to gather and convey relevant informationAnswer manager's phone line, documenting accurate messages and handling calls with appropriate judgmentManage the calendar proactively, effectively resolving conflicts that arise in a professional mannerManage all travel planning, coordinating schedules for executive to maximize time and create efficienciesSubmit expense reports in an accurate and timely fashionLiaise with outside groups to coordinate events and meetings where the executive is requiredTop 3 MUST Have :
Proficiency in Concur and Salesforce systemsAdvanced skills in Outlook and other MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Knowledge of communications platforms such as Zoom and Webex. Also potentially Microsoft Teams.Characteristics of a Top Performer :
