Digital Editor

A company is looking for a Digital Editor for the Mountain West News Bureau.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure stories are factually correct, impartial, and clearly written

Coordinate with the Managing Editor to identify and edit news stories from partner stations

Develop and launch a new weekly newsletter, including writing and editing content

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or advanced degree and 5 years of professional experience or equivalent relevant experience

Experience in journalism, particularly in the Mountain West states

Proven skills in data analysis and reporting

Experience with audience engagement and social media best practices

Knowledge of AP style and experience with enterprise / investigative reporting
