Job descriptionExperience implementing Salesforce security best practices : Okta & Connected Apps configuration Role Hierarchies & Sharing Rules Permission Sets, Profiles, and Permission Set Groups Field-Level & Object-Level Security Session Settings, Login IP Ranges, MFA SSO setup and user authentication governance OAuth knowledge (preferred) Skilled in configuring : Salesforce Security Center – for cross-org security visibility Salesforce Optimizer – to improve org performance / security Salesforce Health Check – for security baseline alignment Ensures compliance with IT security policies and regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX). Supports audit cycles, risk assessments, and remediation plans. Experience managing Service Accounts and identity governance. Strong collaboration experience working with cross-functional and global teams. Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical security gaps into actionable business insights. Experience contributing to or leading enterprise-level initiatives. Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Advanced Administrator Salesforce Platform App Builder Salesforce Security & Privacy Accreditation (highly preferred) Salesforce Architect / Consultant certifications (bonus)
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Security Engineer with strong expertise across Salesforce Core Clouds and deep knowledge of platform security controls. The ideal candidate will lead org security posture improvements, manage access governance, and ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory standards.
