We are seeking an Executive Chef for our award-winning restaurant featuring a wood-fired oven. We desire a culinary leader and visionary with experience from top kitchens across the country, a creative mindset, and flawless execution skills. If you enjoy smoking meats, making cheese, growing vegetables and herbs, and have a passion for Northern Italian cuisine, this role is ideal for you.

The position is suitable for a recent Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Executive Kitchen Manager ready to step into a leadership role. The chosen candidate will inherit a clear menu direction from the founder and will have the opportunity to grow in a dynamic culinary environment.

This role requires relocation to another city in the South, with an immediate start date preferred.
