Lead Orthodontic Assistant to guide our clinical team, support the doctor, and ensure our patients receive outstanding care at every visit.
Responsibilities :
- Provide chairside assistance to the orthodontist during all clinical procedures, including bonding, adjustments, aligner checks, scans, virtual monitoring and records.
- Lead and mentor the clinical assistant team; provide training, guidance, and feedback.
- Maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day and support the team in meeting schedule goals.
- Oversee sterilization processes, clinical inventory, and operatory organization to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families, explaining procedures and reinforcing oral hygiene and care instructions.
- Support the orthodontist and practice leadership in implementing new processes, maintaining quality standards, and driving a positive, team-oriented culture.
- Serve as a role model for professionalism, patient care, and teamwork.
