Lead Orthodontic Assistant to guide our clinical team, support the doctor, and ensure our patients receive outstanding care at every visit.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide chairside assistance to the orthodontist during all clinical procedures, including bonding, adjustments, aligner checks, scans, virtual monitoring and records.
  • Lead and mentor the clinical assistant team; provide training, guidance, and feedback.
  • Maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day and support the team in meeting schedule goals.
  • Oversee sterilization processes, clinical inventory, and operatory organization to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and families, explaining procedures and reinforcing oral hygiene and care instructions.
  • Support the orthodontist and practice leadership in implementing new processes, maintaining quality standards, and driving a positive, team-oriented culture.
  • Serve as a role model for professionalism, patient care, and teamwork.

Qualifications :

  • Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead by example, motivate a team, and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering excellent patient care.
