Job Description for the Technician Lead - Building Maintenance position at the Cartersville Campus. Job ID : 288893. Location : GHC - Cartersville Instr. Site. Full / Part Time : Full Time. Regular / Temporary : Regular. This position supports the Georgia Highlands College (GHC) Building Maintenance team in maintaining efficient and smooth operation of the physical jobsite / campus site, participating in maintenance and repair of site buildings (campus site specific), and leading the technicians.

Salary : $52,118.00 annually. This is a non-exempt position with over-time available. This is a fully benefitted position.

This position reports to the Building Maintenance Manager who assigns work and checks compliance with procedures. The work may involve guidelines related to college policies, ADA, OSHA, and life safety codes. This is an Essential Employee required to work during hazardous or emergency weather conditions to maintain critical institutional functions.
