Our client is currently seeking a Kotlin developer

We are seeking a talented Android Developer with strong experience in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose to join our mobile team. In this role, you will build modern, scalable, and high-performing Android applications that deliver an exceptional user experience. You'll collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to develop new features, optimize existing workflows, and shape the future of our mobile offerings.

What You'll Do

Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
Work with modern Android architectural patterns such as MVVM , MVI , or Clean Architecture .
Integrate with RESTful APIs and other backend services.
Optimize app performance, stability, and responsiveness.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
Stay current with the latest Android development tools, libraries, and best practices.

What You'll Bring

2-5+ years of professional Android development experience.

Strong proficiency in Kotlin and experience with Jetpack Compose for building UI.

Solid understanding of Android SDK, Material Design guidelines, and app lifecycle management.

Experience with modern Android libraries (e.g., Coroutines , Flow , Hilt , Room , Navigation Component ).

Understanding of architectural patterns and scalable code design.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with CI / CD tools for mobile (e.g., GitHub Actions, Bitrise).

Knowledge of Compose Multiplatform or Kotlin Multiplatform.

Familiarity with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Espresso, or Compose Testing.

Prior experience working with analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring tools.
