Be part of this exciting journey as we shape the future of hair care together. We’re hiring a Logistics Coordinator to keep our production and shipping running like clockwork. You’ll be in the center of it all, making sure products move, timelines are met, and our team, vendors, and retail partners, including Sephora, stay in sync. What you’ll handle

Logistics

  • Route inbound & outbound freight
  • Manage PS / PODs and all shipping documents
  • Enter and process all orders promptly and accurately
  • Partner with retailers (Sephora and others) to meet routing and compliance requirements

Production

  • Enter purchase orders
  • Track and oversee production timelines
  • Maintain master data, open order reports, and artwork trackers
  • Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, Creative, and Ops to hit deadlines
  • Work directly with vendors to manage schedules and solve issues fast
  • Receive components and finished goods into the system
  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements

    • What we’re seeking

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-3 years in the beauty industry
  • 1+ years with ERPs (Cin7 preferred)
  • Experience managing logistics or operations with major retailers (Sephora experience a plus)
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Sharp problem-solver who adapts quickly
  • Organized, detail-focused, and strong at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator
  • Calm under pressure and eager to learn
