Position Overview

We are hiring a hands-on Evening Site Lead to supervise cleaning operations, and clean at a large school facility in Maumee. This role helps to lead a team of four cleaners, conducts facility quality checks, ensures supply levels, and serves as the on-site point of contact for school administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, clean, and supervise evening cleaning staff
• Assign workstations, verify task completion, and support team efficiency
• Conduct walk-through inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met
• Maintain cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory
• Train new employees and reinforce cleaning best practices
• Communicate with school personnel and Clean Team management
• Ensure safety and compliance policies are followed
