A company is looking for a Director of Operational Support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of functional group leaders to optimize service execution and operational excellence
Foster a customer-centric culture and act as a primary point of escalation for customer issues
Recruit and develop talent while implementing training programs to ensure service excellence
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical or finance field
10+ years of experience in service operations management
Experience leading service operations in large organizations
Strong understanding of technology-driven service delivery models
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
