Job Summary

This position requires a proficient Data Center Technician to maintain, support, and optimize Mac systems, Supermicro hardware, and network infrastructure at our Santa Clara-based data center. The position involves close collaboration with IT operations for troubleshooting, system installations / upgrades, and ensuring peak system performance. The ideal candidate will ensure minimal downtime, participate in hardware upgrades, and contribute to disaster recovery efforts, enhancing our data center's functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Mac systems, Dell, Supermicro hardware, and Network infrastructures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Mac systems and Supermicro servers.
• Perform system health checks, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for real-time technical support and issue resolution.
• Oversee data center infrastructure management, including hardware upgrades and documentation.
