    The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President, Growth (Sales) to lead a field sales team in the recruitment of providers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team's day-to-day operations, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and overall business health. This role requires a hands-on approach, with the VP expected to assist in closing business deals and to be actively involved in the on-boarding and development of new sales team members. Coordination with various internal departments and the marketing team is essential to ensure alignment in messaging and to meet the needs of the field sales team. The position demands a leader with a proven track record in closing complex business deals, both as an individual contributor and as a team manager, and who can demonstrate the ability to meet and exceed sales goals. Applicants for the Regional Vice President, Growth (Sales) position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 8 years of healthcare sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a management role. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in leading and developing sales teams, managing sales processes, and utilizing CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in areas such as MACRA or ACOs, and be adept at juggling multiple priorities. The position is highly demanding, with over 80% local and regional travel, and the VP will be expected to support prospective physician visits and contribute to prospect events.
