Job Title : Cook / Kitchen

Objective :

  • The Cooks / Kitchen Helper Position is responsible for assisting in the serving and preparation of food. In addition, maintaining good housekeeping in the kitchen and dining areas

Essential Functions :

  • Knowledgeable in proper cooked and uncooked food temperatures
  • Knowledge of all safety guidelines in kitchen
  • Cleans and checks service equipment
  • Able to identify and safely use all kitchen equipment.
  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Cleans and maintains kitchen facilities
  • Assists in moving and storing supplies

    • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to have a highly motivated and energetic personality.
  • Working Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment.

    • Position Type : Full-time / Part time

    Physical Demands :

  • Must be able to carry 25-50 lbs.
  • Able to stand for multiple hours.

    • Education and Experience :

  • Food Handler Card

    • Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
