Minimum Qualifications

Education : Associate's degree

Experience : 5-7 years of related professional experience

Licenses / Certifications : Active and valid license for the state

Preferred Qualifications

UHC Minimum :

• Georgia Registered Dental Hygienist License (RDH),
• AHA HealthCare Provider BLS certification

Position Summary

This position performs dental prophylactic treatments and instructs groups and individuals in care of teeth and mouth. This position performs all duties under the supervision of the Lead Dentist.
