Analytical Talent Consultant, Talent Intelligence And Insights

You'll be an advocate of Google's culture and values, partnering with our business leaders to help them build their organizations and make sure all people decisions are based on data. Whether coaching our clients on how to lead their teams, navigating and resolving employee relations issues or managing programs that help develop our Googlers, you are exceptionally focused on putting them first, and being as clear and transparent as possible to help Googlers understand how people decisions get made.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop consultative partnerships with Google Recruiting Leadership, HR, and other stakeholders to advise on external talent market issues and opportunities.
  • Leverage advanced problem-solving and research skills to diagnose talent problems, design custom research, and present actionable, data-driven findings to influence key talent strategies.
  • Design and implement results-driven global research, including intelligence and labor market analysis, to highlight trends and talent dynamics across different geographies and demographics.
  • Manage, improve, and design tools to scale the delivery of talent insights across People Operations (POps) and the broader Google organization.
  • Ensure regular, ongoing communication and co-ordination on all research activities across different functions and global regions.
