Home Services Company looking to expand into Electrical work. We need an experienced electrician to help start a new company and train new techs.

Youre the old dog who will forget more than the young punks will ever know about being an electrician, hell, life. If this describes you, then we can talk.

Youve put in the time, done the work, and know that youre pretty much the best guy around. You also know that the future is bleak when it comes to apprentices coming into the trade, but feel the need to pass on your wisdom. You probably had a mentor that you feel a deep sense of gratitude for what he taught you. Friendship and no BS relationships with people are important above all else, Life hasnt handed you anything; Youve created your own opportunities, worked longer, harder and smarter to get ahead. You probably invented the phrase Shit Happens, but know its always been up to you to work through it and can appreciate when someone helps instead of demanding that someone do the work for you.

You know that life will throw down situations where you have the choice to go above and beyond to help another human being. You aspire to do so.

You get the value of laughter. You can take a joke, can give a joke and understand that people are not always going to be easy.

You strive to support the people you work with and dont expect that helping them means they have to help you. You take to heart the clich that the whole, truly is greater than the sum of the parts.

You have the courage to doubt the boss, not for personal reasons, but through the insight that the boss has his own struggles and needs help just like anyone else. You can give and take criticism. Hell, in this case, were looking for you to BE the Boss! Notice we havent rattled on about how much money youll make? Just know that employee ownership is part of the plan and a Supervisor needs commensurate compensation.

We demand more of our employees / partners than most other companies do, and we expect them to demand more of us.
