ABOUT THE ROLE
The Host / Hostess is the first and last smile our guests see, helping make every dining experience welcoming and memorable. This role involves greeting guests warmly, checking if they're in-house guests, and working closely with the restaurant and hotel teams to provide smooth, friendly service.
SCOPE OF WORK + TEAM
- Reports to Food & Beverage Supervisor
- Supports Food & Beverage Team
RESPONSIBILITIES
EXPERIENCE :
3+ months to one full year of employment in a related position with this Company or other organizations.
Advanced knowledge of computer software (including Microsoft Office, outlook) and web analytics tools is preferred.
High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of all property safety and security procedures as required maintaining a secure and safe environment for employees as well as guests.
