Responsibilities :

Lead the design and implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions including LCM, provisioning, and certification processes

Architect and develop advanced IAM features like risk-based access, policy violation handling, and delegated administration

Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and third-party services using connectors and APIs

Develop and optimize SailPoint rules, workflows, and role models for enterprise-wide identity governance

Collaborate with business, security, and infrastructure teams to gather IAM requirements and deliver scalable solutions

Conduct SailPoint upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning in production environments

Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements through access controls and audit readiness

Stay updated on SailPoint and IAM industry advancements to drive innovation and continuous improvement in identity programs

Qualifications :

Bachelor's or master's in computer science, Information Security, or related field

8-9years of experience in Identity & Access Management, with at least 3 years in SailPoint IdentityIQ

Deep understanding of identity lifecycle, RBAC, ABAC, and compliance concepts

Hands-on experience with Java, Beanshell scripting, REST APIs, and web services integration

Experience with SailPoint configurations tasks, rules, email templates, roles, application onboarding

Familiarity with financial regulatory frameworks like SOX, GLBA, and FFIEC

Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving performance or configuration issues in SailPoint environments

Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-team collaboration skills

Ability to work in fast-paced environments and deliver secure, compliant IAM solutions
