NFS FFS- Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy.

Hybrid position to  work from home  and only  1 day  in office per week required!!

FEE FOR SERVICE POSITION

Compensation : Fee for Service :

$45 / hour for MA Level

$50-$55 / hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity

$55-$60 / hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience

$65-$70 / hour for independent license

Incentive for on-site :

50% in person over a 3 month span will earn $750

75% in person over a 3 month span will earn $1000

90% and above in person over a 3 month span $1250

Premiums paid for :

Non-English language capacity

Experience

Select clinical specialties

Qualifications :

Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required

Independent Clinical License within 2 years

Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus

Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!

Hybrid position – Must be able to work in one of our office locations 1 day a week.
