What Your Role Will Do

Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and facilities, making every detail count

Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Shift Coordinators and Scoopers, sharing human kindness and building strong foundations

Set clear expectations and coach your team with generosity and consistency, creating a culture where people show up fully and support one another

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the success and sustainability of your shop

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of food service, hospitality, or retail experience

Experience managing teams of 10+ in a fast-paced environment

Ability to train, develop, and support people with care and clarity

Passion for building team culture and delivering excellent guest experiences

Willingness to own both people and operational sides of a shop

18+ and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
