Position Summary : At Aveanna Healthcare, we are committed to providing high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile patients allowing them to grow and thrive in their homes. The Care Experience Coordinator (CEC) is focused on enhancing patient satisfaction and caregiver engagement by overseeing all aspects of caregiver scheduling and optimization.

The CEC is also responsible for managing case assignments, onboarding, payroll coordination, and ongoing communication with caregivers and families to ensure the achievement of optimal patient outcomes.
