Your Impact

We do things our own way. We're looking for an Assistant General Manager who's eager to learn our culture, contribute their own experience, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Scheduling

AGMs are salaried for 40 hours a week. Any time worked over 40 hours is considered overtime and is paid as such. Each week, you will spend about 20-30 hours in operations / on-shift and about 15-20 hours on administration, projects, and meetings. Our restaurants are most busy on evenings and weekends, so availability for these shifts is required.
