Job descriptionWatch for defects in glass - scratches, chips, bubbles - and pull anything that doesn't meet standards Use basic tools and machines to move and package glass sheets safely Label finished products and prep them for delivery Keep your work area clean and organized Work closely with teammates and follow instructions from supervisors Stick to safety rules and always wear required PPE High school diploma or GED Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen (including THC) You must be able to go smoke-free for your entire 12-hour shift Background check required - no person-to-person crimes in the last 5 years Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable attendance - this company requires job longevity from previous positions Stand and move around for 8-12 hours Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and safely Work in varying temperatures (some areas are hot, some are cold) Regularly bend, twist, push, and pull materials Starting wage is $20 / hour Long-term, full-time employment is the goal Be here - Show up on time, every time Be safe - Follow the rules and look out for your team Be productive - Stay focused and keep things moving Be accurate - Quality matters Be a team player - Communication and respect go a long way Pass the Job Requirements

Cold End Technician - Job Overview
Pay : $20 / hr
Location : Winlock, WA
Looking for a hands-on job where you can stay active, work with a team, and learn something new every day? This full-time, entry-level role is part of a rotating shift schedule in a glass production facility. As a Cold End Technician , you'll be part of the final step in the glass-making process - inspecting, packaging, and ensuring quality before products are shipped out.
Schedule & Shift Info
- 12-hour rotating shifts
- Work two weeks on days 6 : 45AM-7PM , then two weeks on nights 6 : 45PM-7AM
- Full year's shift calendar is provided up front so you can plan ahead
