Kane Realty Corporation is currently seeking outstanding candidates for Marketing Specialist.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for assisting with marketing, branding, digital advertising, social media, and community outreach efforts. You are a forward-thinking, creative, and detail-oriented marketing professional who is passionate about using new technological innovations to drive traffic and achieve leasing goals. You will report to the Director of Marketing and Resident Experience, but also collaborate closely with portfolio managers, on-site teams, the Kane Realty development team, and other external partners.
How This Role Creates Value :
Digital Marketing
- Manage relationships with digital marketing partners. Attend regular status report meetings, implement recommendations for SEO / SEM, and onboard new properties to the digital marketing platform.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital advertising and targeting solutions such as geofencing, remarketing, display ads, OTT / CTV video advertising, etc.
- Monitor all advertising sources to ensure they are delivering quality traffic; implement new sources and / or make budget adjustments as necessary.
Website Management
Assist with the creation of splash pages and full websites for new communities. Depending on the project, this may entail working with external partners to develop a fully custom website, or uploading content to a CMS for a template-based site.Make sure that copy, imagery, and overall branding is consistent with the design vision of the project.
Ensure feedback from multiple stakeholders is implemented during rounds of edits.Regularly update all property websites with new photos, special offers, copy, metadata, etc. to keep sites up-to-date and fully optimized for SEO.Social Media
Create and directly manage social media accounts for all new properties before full staffing.Monitor daily social account activity for entire portfolio and provide guidance to site teams as needed to maintain an active and engaging social media presence.Cultivate relationships with local influencers and identify opportunities for partnerships.Outreach Marketing
Support on-site teams in the preparation of monthly marketing and outreach calendars; assist with planning activities and events devised to source new qualified leads.Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and employers to ensure that Kane Residential communities are their preferred provider of multifamily housing.Maintain strong associations with local industry organizations and attend regular networking opportunities.Miscellaneous
Assist with design and production of promotional items, collateral materials, and temporary signage for all new properties, ensuring that all logos, color schemes, messaging, etc. are consistent with development team's design vision.Collaborate with on-site teams and external vendors to replenish printed collateral and promotional items as needed, ensuring the original branding vision is upheld in a quality manner.Coordinate photo shoots and video production as needed.Provide monthly marketing reports and proactively make recommendations for increasing qualified traffic when occupancy and trends are below defined goals.Assist with planning and execution of marketing-related training during quarterly leasing meetings.Who You Are :

Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of marketing experience.Strong proficiency with SEO / SEM best practices. Google Analytics and / or Google Ads certification is a plus.Exceptional critical thinking and project management skills.Yardi / RentCafe experience desired.Working knowledge of graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.Basic HTML programming capabilities are a plus.
