Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking an energetic Staff Pharmacist for a 13+ week contract-to-hire opportunity in a fast-growing long term care pharmacy in Indianapolis, Indiana. This pharmacy is expanding rapidly and needs a pharmacist who can thrive in a high-volume, dynamic environment.

Schedule : 2nd Shift | 3 : 00 PM Midnight (flexible start / stop times)

Rotating weekend schedule : every 3rd weekend
7 on / 7 off schedule considered for the right candidate

Responsibilities :

Manage cycle fills using Framework software

Operate and oversee strip packaging automation systems

Perform final product verification with accuracy and efficiency

Support workflow for prescription order fulfillment in a high-volume LTC environment

Collaborate with pharmacy staff to meet growing demand (currently adding 1,000+ cycles per week)

System / Software : Framework, Strip Packaging Automation

Requirements :

Active Indiana Pharmacist License (no negative history)

2+ years of recent experience running cycles through Framework REQUIRED

Previous experience in long term care pharmacy preferred

IV experience a bonus but not required
