The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing immediate postoperative cardiac and vascular surgery patients requiring intensive care. This role requires competencies in high acuity patient care, including advanced hemodynamic monitoring. Responsibilities Monitor and manage high acuity CVICU patients Conduct hemodynamic monitoring, ECG interpretation, and management of vasoactive and inotropic drips Efficiently operate ventilators, a-lines, spinal drains, and temporary pacemakers Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure 2-3 years of CVICU nursing experience Epic experience required Candidates must provide a valid email for a competency test to be taken within 24 hours of submission Why ARMStaffing?
