Job descriptionFillings, Crowns, Bridges, Full & Partial Dentures, Root Canals, Simple and Surgical extractions, Invisalign, Hygiene Checks, Implant Placement and Implant Restoration. Wave One Rotary system and Invisalign experience is preferred but not required. Providers can refer out complex cases as needed. Patient education and bedside manner is equally as important as the procedures the provider is performing. Board Certification : Not required for Dentists State license required : Yes DEA : Not required but preferred Certifications preferred : Invisalign Certification, Nitrous Oxide Certification (if required in the state) Certifications required : BLS Credentialing Timeframe & requirements : Please allow one week minimum
