Patient Engagement Specialist

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outreach to educate patients and caregivers about health services and assist with scheduling appointments

Organize and prioritize workload to meet outreach and enrollment goals

Collaborate with care teams to ensure seamless transitions from outreach to ongoing support

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer service / sales, with cold outreach experience preferred

2+ years of experience in healthcare outreach, community engagement, or related fields

Experience in healthcare, social services, or mental health services

Basic proficiency in G-Suite and video conferencing platforms

Strong tech proficiency and comfort using technology in daily work
