Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of PPC specialists while overseeing campaign architecture and strategy

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present performance updates to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in paid search or digital advertising, with 5+ years in a leadership role

Proven success managing large-scale search budgets and complex account structures

Deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and analytics tools

Experience in eCommerce or retail preferred
