A company is looking for a Remote Insurance Claims Collector.
Key Responsibilities
Work with insurance companies to determine the cause of denial or non-payment of a claim
Initiate appropriate actions to prepare and submit documentation needed to resolve claims issues
Follow up to ensure payment or exhaustion of recourse while maintaining records according to company policies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of 2 years of medical insurance billing and claims follow-up experience
Ability to work from a quiet and private workspace
High-speed internet connection with specific technical requirements
Must reside in one of the specified states : FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, TX, or VA
Must meet all technical requirements prior to the first day of training
