Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technician to join our Manufacturing Test Engineering team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the design, development, and production of innovative manufacturing test systems. This position requires a strong understanding of electrical and electronic devices, mechanical devices, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Test Engineers to understand design requirements and translate them into manufacturing test processes.
  • Assemble and integrate various components of automated test systems, including hardware, software, and instrumentation.
  • Build and support validation of test manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Operate and maintain test manufacturing equipment, making necessary adjustments to optimize production efficiency and quality.
  • Participate in the improvement of test manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the testing process.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance activities on manufacturing test process and document work per required quality procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing processes, equipment settings, and production data.
  • Execute test system validation protocols to ensure test system accuracy, reliability and consistency of results.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
