Raritan Animal Hospital is seeking a dedicated and visionary Chief of Staff to lead our medical team and ensure the continued delivery of high-quality veterinary care. As Chief of Staff, you will serve as the medical leader of the hospital, working closely with the practice manager and support teams to create a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused environment. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a veterinarian who is passionate about mentorship, medical excellence, and team development.

Salary Range : $175,000 - $200,000 + Production Bonus (No Negative Accrual!)
