Family Case Manager to provide vital support to families in our community.
This is a hybrid position which will include a combination of office and field work.
CPLC New Mexico Social Services and Education includes a broad spectrum of social programs like education, housing, shelter services, and workforce development. Our programs empower people by supporting them to eliminate barriers creating a foundation for success.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?
- You will play a key role in reducing child maltreatment by delivering Level 3 of the evidence-based Triple P Parenting Program to families with children ages 0-12 in Bernalillo County.
- You will focus on providing responsive, trauma-informed, and individualized parenting support to underserved families through brief consultations, case management, and practical skill-building.
- You will assist in facilitating homework assignments to reinforce parenting strategies, identify behavioral concerns, and make respectful referrals to partner organizations when risk factors are present.
- You will also support outreach and recruitment efforts, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to ongoing evaluation and reporting to ensure program effectiveness and continuous quality improvement.

You have strong interpersonal skills and experience building partnerships with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations.You possess cultural humility and have experience working with diverse population with a commitment to honoring cultural values, tribal sovereignty and family voice and choice.You have a passion for working with families and children, especially in underserved communities.You are flexible in your service delivery with a willingness to travel throughout Bernalillo County and surrounding areas and also be available for occasional evening or weekend hours to accommodate family schedules or outreach events.You possess a sense of compassion and are knowledgeable in trauma-responsive practices and how to apply them in family support settings.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Education / Background :
Bachelor's degree in social work, Psychology, Family Studies, Counseling, or a related field or a combination of education and at least 2 years of relevant experience in case management, family support services, or child welfare.Prior experience implementing evidence-based parenting programs (Triple P preferred) or working with families in a behavioral health or child development setting, is preferred.Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.Ability to work with interpreters for other languages as needed.Other Requirements :
Valid driver's license in good standing and proof of insurance.Ability to travel throughout Bernalillo County and surrounding areas.Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeCertifications :
