Program Director Opportunity

Eagle Harbor, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC a federal contracting leader is seeking a Program Director to support our government client in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities :

• Is responsible for managing and implementing the overall program requirements for OFLC Mission Support contract.
• Is the primary point of contact (POC) to the Government.
• Implements and ensures compliance with the contract's Quality Assurance and Surveillance Plan.
• Leads and directs the work of others.
• Oversees the day-to-day case and administrative support services of all contractor staff.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes the progress of the project.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Requirements :
• US Citizen
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ten plus years of program management experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and / or Six Sigma certification are highly desirable
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), as well as customer service skills
• Experience developing and implementing Corrective Action Plans
• Familiarity with OFLC case management and tracking systems
• Familiarity with processing of employer applications for permanent / temporary labor certification and prevailing wage determinations
• Proficiency in project management software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required
• HSPD-12 background / PIV check is required
