Lawn Maintenance Foreman
Outside Unlimited is a large commercial landscape and snow removal company located in Concord, New Hampshire that is actively seeking a Lawn Maintenance Foreman. The Lawn Maintenance Foreman will be responsible for :
- Performing lawn and landscape maintenance at our commercial properties
- Experience using Exmark zero radius commercial mowers or similar equipment
- Experience using string trimmers, blowers, and other small engine equipment
- Ability to lead a crew of 3-4
- Ability to drive 1-ton truck & trailer
- Understands all aspects of landscape maintenance
- Able to effectively communicate with crew members and manager
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Takes pride in work
- Ability to operate skid steer preferred but not required
Requirements of the Lawn Maintenance Foreman :
This position requires the completion of a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record check upon the receipt of a job offer. Pay range $23.00 to $30.00 per hour DOE
