Systems Implementation Project Manager

A company is looking for a Systems Implementation Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation of systems / tools, ensuring alignment between current and future business states

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, manage updates, and report progress to management and C-suite

Lead project management activities, including user acceptance testing, training, and stakeholder liaison

Required Qualifications

Experience in system / tool implementation (e.g., SAP, procurement tools)

Strong project management skills with a focus on strategy and hands-on execution

Proficiency in current state mapping using tools like Visio

Ability to create detailed status update reports

Capacity to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively
