Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant with strong customer service abilities to join a concierge-style medical practice. This role requires hands-on clinical skills, including phlebotomy and EKGs, while also providing administrative support to physicians and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Answer phones and greet patients upon arrival
• Take and record patient vitals
• Handle prescription refills and patient inquiries
• Perform blood draws and assist with EKGs
• Support multiple physicians and adapt to varying patient volumes (1070 patients / day)
• Assist with additional clinical and administrative tasks as needed
