United Way Miami, Inc. is hiring an Associate, Corporate / Volunteer Engagement to join our team. As an Associate, Corporate / Volunteer Engagement, you will create and manage volunteer engagement opportunities for our giving communities and special interest groups, including but not limited to LINC, Young Leaders, Women United, Tocqueville Society, and Mission United.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

In partnership with the Senior. Director, Volunteer & Corporate Engagement, plans and executes all giving communities' volunteer projects and events, leads externally managed volunteer partnerships, and adviser / mentor for UWM donor volunteer activities.

Requirements :

Education Requirements : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Experience Requirements : Two to three years’ experience in program or project facilitation.

Technology Requirements : Microsoft Office Suite, OneCause, Teams, and knowledge of modern web browsers

Other Essential Knowledge / Skills : Strong oral and written communication skills, customer relations skills, creative problem-solving skills, good judgment; able to assess and engage quality and committed individuals; time management and conflict resolution skills are essential. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively and present to groups.
