Job Description :
A Loss Prevention CRC Analyst plays a critical role in Global Physical Security and Loss Prevention strategy by conducting remote investigations, process audits, alarm monitoring, and video surveillance from the Centralized Resource Center (CRC). This role supports operations across AMER by identifying risks, investigating losses, analyzing process gaps, and driving actionable recommendations to strengthen security and compliance.

Core Responsibilities :
- Conduct video camera review to support investigations on UTR (Under the Roof), pilferage, and shrinkage cases with reference to system reports, and process validations.
- Monitor recorded video feeds to identify potential theft / fraud activities.
- Document investigative findings with clear evidence, timelines, and root cause analysis.
- Partner with field Loss Prevention (LP) teams to support on-ground investigation and resolution.
- Execute process audits to ensure compliance with LP, safety, and operational SOPs.
- Identify systemic gaps and process deviations that may contribute to loss or associate safety incidents.
- Provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders for remediation.
- Track closure of audit findings and escalate unresolved issues as per SOP.
- Generate daily reports summarizing investigations, audits, and alarms.
- Support leadership with data-driven insights to enhance decision-making.
- Collaborate with LP, Operations, Safety, and ACES teams to ensure alignment on investigation outcomes and preventive actions.
- Provide timely updates and escalation of critical cases to managers and stakeholders.
- Support training and awareness sessions to build LP culture across operations.
Minimum Requirements :
Be at least 21+ years of agePossess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 2-5 years of verifiable experience pertaining to Loss Prevention and Investigations.Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to work with reporting tools.Good written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.Ability to work in a 24 / 7 environment, including rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.Must possess work experience with each of the following :A GSOC and corporate security environmentHandling crisis incidents in multinational company environmentDemonstrated high level of competency with advanced computer systems (e.g., hardware, software, and networks)Ability to communicate effectively with IT and Security Systems professionals.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree preferredExperience in video camera, CCTV monitoring, alarm management systems, or centralized command / control room operations.Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or warehousing operations.Wicklander-Zulawski experience / certification.Perks and Benefits :
