Dispatch Coordinator

A reputable and growing company in the Canonsburg area is searching for a Dispatch Coordinator. We are searching for somebody who will be responsible for planning and coordinating service and installation calls. Responsibilities :

Schedule and coordinate all service calls and installations.

Efficiently dispatch technicians according to customer proximity.

Follow up with technicians after service calls.

Helps to monitor and address email escalations.

Forecast upcoming workload per day and per week.

Coordinate the delivery and return of equipment for technicians.

Provide service and install support.

Requirements :

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel

Prior experience in dispatching or logistics

Ability to communicate effectively

Desire to work in a team oriented environment
