Responsibilities Automotive Body Shop Estimator :
Greet customers and provide exceptional service throughout the repair processInspect vehicle damage and prepare accurate, detailed repair estimates using CCC ONE or similar estimating softwareCommunicate with insurance adjusters to obtain approvals and ensure repair estimates align with insurance requirementsCoordinate with technicians and parts departments to confirm repair needs, availability, and costsReview and update estimates as repairs progress to reflect any supplemental damage foundExplain repair procedures, timelines, and costs to customers in a clear and professional mannerEnsure all documentation, photos, and approvals are properly recorded and filedMaintain ongoing communication with customers, technicians, and insurance representatives to ensure timely repair completionVerify final repair quality meets company and manufacturer standards before vehicle deliveryStay current on industry trends, insurance procedures, and repair technologiesRequirements / Qualifications Automotive Body Shop Estimator :
Prior experience as an Automotive Body Shop Estimator, Collision Estimator, or Insurance Adjuster preferredStrong knowledge of collision repair processes, parts, and vehicle structureProficiency with CCC ONE (preferred), Mitchell, Audatex, or similar estimating softwareExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detailAbility to interpret repair manuals, diagrams, and manufacturer guidelinesValid drivers license and clean driving record requiredI-CAR certification or ASE certification in Estimating / Collision preferred (not required)Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentProfessional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitudeMust hold a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.Please upload your resume and complete the online assessment for priority consideration!Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
